Ahsoka Tano's Timeline
Key Events in Ahsoka Tano's Star Wars Story
Ahsoka Tano was born in 36 BBY.
Ahsoka Tano is a Togruta former Jedi and one of the most prominent figures spanning the fall of the Republic and the rise of the New Republic era. Discovered as a Force-sensitive child on her homeworld of Shili by Jedi Master Plo Koon, she trained at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant and, at the outbreak of the Clone Wars, was assigned by Grand Master Yoda as the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, who nicknamed her "Snips." Over the course of the war she matured from an eager apprentice into a capable commander, but after being framed for a bombing of the Jedi Temple and cleared only after nearly being expelled, she chose to walk away from the Jedi Order. She survived Order 66, went into hiding, and later became a key organizer of the growing rebellion under the codename "Fulcrum," aiding rebel cells and confronting her fallen master, now Darth Vader. In the decades after the Empire's defeat she continued as a wandering ally of the New Republic, hunting the missing Grand Admiral Thrawn and mentoring Sabine Wren, becoming an iconic bridge between the prequel, original, and sequel eras of Star Wars.
